To launch the new Team Saudi brand, Nimblebot partnered with the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee (SOPC) to deliver a 360° campaign -inspiring a new generation to embrace Olympic sport. The brand made its debut on Saudi National Day—transforming a moment of national pride into the perfect stage to launch this major national priority.
Brief
SOPC needed to get the nation behind its athletes. The challenge was to build a strong visual identity for Team Saudi while maximizing engagement. SOPC wanted to foster a sense of pride across diverse platforms—including TV, outdoor media, social media, and a dedicated app. Nimblebot’s role was to craft a campaign that not only introduced the brand, but also energized the Kingdom to rally behind its athletes and engage on the app/social media.
Creative
Nimblebot launched a 360° campaign designed to reach audiences wherever they were: on the streets, on their screens, and in the palm of their hands. At its core was a cinematic TV commercial, setting the tone with bold storytelling centering around family, family’s involvement in the success of top athletes, and the nation as a whole as an extension of that family - all on a tight timeline and at the highest production value. The momentum carried into the public arena with a full Riyadh Boulevard takeover, where 84 synchronized screens lit up the city with Team Saudi imagery, immersive sound running for miles, and captivating seamless animation. The experience was amplified by sweeping drone captures that transformed the urban skyline into a stage. On social media, we brought athlete stories to life through dynamic profiles, stat cards, and highlight edits that celebrated both champions and rising stars. Meanwhile, the Team Saudi app became the digital hub for the campaign, offering fans exclusive content, interactive challenges, and stylized sport facts that deepened engagement and rewarded participation. Together, these touchpoints created an integrated brand experience that made the spirit of Team Saudi both visible and tangible.
Impact
The campaign delivered results that reflected both cultural resonance and measurable growth. Team Saudi’s TikTok following surged by 460%—while Instagram more than tripled its audience, all at extremely high levels of organic interest and engagement. Beyond numbers, the campaign helped establish Team Saudi as a unifying force. Through the Unleash Your Super Power initiative, young Saudis were not only inspired by the athletes they saw but motivated to step forward to compete themselves - often for the first time - embracing Olympic sports and athletic excellence as part of their identity and future.
